Two master bedrooms have queen-size beds and there’s a well-appointed kids room that sleeps four. Three of the four bedrooms have commanding views of Wanaka’s mountain backdrop. There’s great indoor-outdoor living, with wide decks and a patio off the lounge and dining area to make the most of the views.
The house is designed for easy living…When you drive in from skiing, wet gear can be stowed in a ski locker that doubles as a mini drying room, with its own fan heater. The kitchen is well equipped with a modern dishwasher and oven, walk-in pantry, and all the kitchenware you’ll ever need. The house gets all day sun and has double glazing for added warmth. It’s fitted with electric wall heaters, and a wood burner in the lounge- a room that’s well set up to keep you entertained - with a 29 inch TV, SKY, DVD, and a good quality CD and radio.
Cleaning’s easy with a powerful central vacuum system, or a Dustbuster for tidy-ups. The bathrooms have large showers with good pressure and lots of hot water. The big downstairs bathroom has a spa bath, and bathrooms and toilets have under-tile heating.
